Aurin Bhattacharjee

FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Aurin is the Founder and Managing Partner of ARB Capital Partners. He makes private investments in AI-ready SaaS and PaaS companies. He brings expertise in AI and cloud computing to portfolio companies that are incorporating AI into their products and business processes.

Previously, Aurin was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he evaluated private investments in software (B2B and B2G) and tech enabled services. He was also a Managing Director at DTCP Growth Equity, where he invested in SaaS and PaaS companies with data gravity. Earlier in his career, Aurin worked at Google (Cloud M&A, private investments and corporate finance) and McKinsey & Company. Aurin sits on the Board of WrkPlan, where he oversees software development, and National Council of the World Wildlife Fund. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.

Anita Bhattacharjee

PARTNER

Anita is a Partner of ARB Capital Partners. She provides expertise in deal structuring and works closely with management teams on high impact initiatives. Previously, Anita was a Vice President of Finance and Corporate Strategy at Global Systems Technologies (a U.S. Federal Government Contractor) which she built and led through an acquisition by private equity. Her responsibilities included financial forecasting and successfully bidding on government contracts.

Earlier in her career, Anita was a Director in Private Equity at BLT (deal evaluation, structuring and portfolio management) and worked in Fixed Income at PIMCO and Morgan Stanley. She sits on the Board of WrkPlan, where she oversees financial planning and go-to-market strategy.

Anita holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Chicago.
